Frequently Asked Questions
No, you don't need to dig up your old receipt. As long as we can find you in our system using the name, phone number, or address associated with the original installation, you are completely covered.
Our warranty is tied to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred to a new homeowner or buyer.
That said, if you're moving and would like to bring your Zebra or Roller blinds with you, we're happy to help with resizing and reinstallation at your new home. Resizing is $50 per blind, with an installation fee that varies by area. Give us a call to get a quote →
Please note: Resizing is not available for Roman, Honeycomb, or Vertical styles.
If an issue arises from our installation — such as a blind coming loose after fitting — we will come to your home and resolve it at no charge, no questions asked.
For hardware wear over time, we offer two convenient options: drop off the affected part at our showroom for a free repair, or have one of our technicians come to you for an on-site visit. Either way, we'll make sure you're taken care of.
Our motorization warranties depend on the brand you chose for your smart home setup:
- Somfy Motors — Covered by a 5-year manufacturer warranty.
- A-OK, Neo & Dooya Motors — Covered by a 3-year warranty.
Your fabric is fully covered for 1 year from your installation date. If you need a refresh after the first year, we've still got you covered — we offer fabric replacements at 50% off retail cost.
Because these styles are custom-tailored to the exact specifications of your current windows, we are not able to offer fabric replacements or relocation resizing for them at this time.
