Our curtains were very difficult to install and the windows were not flat. The technician helped us do it well and communicated in a timely manner and pretended to like it very much. It’s true that I started looking for a place to get a shutter in Toronto two years ago. I went to Tracy’ store six times to see the actual items and discuss the size and where to install which kind of thing. I asked a lot of questions and they answered them patiently.
