North York Townhouse Project: Modern Motorized Window Coverings with a Timeless European-Inspired Look
When designing window coverings for a modern townhouse, the goal is often to balance clean lines, natural light, privacy, and everyday convenience. Project Overview This North York townhouse was undergoing a complete interior transformation. During construction, […]
Whole-Home Drapery in Mississauga: Sheer Ripplefold, Linen Bedrooms and One Motorized Two-Storey Window
Most window treatment projects happen one room at a time. A bedroom this spring, the living room next year, and by the end there are four different fabrics in one house, each of which was the right choice on the day it was chosen. This Mississauga home went the other way. Every window in the […]
A Milton Home in Warm Neutrals: Zebra Blinds, Blackout Curtains and Sheers, Room by Room
Reading the House First Before any fabric comes out, it helps to say plainly what kind of house you are in. This one tells you quickly. The ceilings in the bedrooms and the study are stippled — a sprayed texture you rarely see in a new build. The dining room has a coved ceiling with […]

Modern Drapery & Bespoke Window Treatments – North York
This was a full-home installation in North York — a modern residence built around glass, where the same question came up in every room: how do you keep the light and the views without living in a spotlight? The homeowners wanted the house to stay bright and open. Almost every treatment we specified had to […]
Custom Drapery in a Markham Home, Room by Room
This project took us to Unionville, Markham — a townhouse where five rooms each needed a different answer to the same question: how much light comes in, and how much privacy stays. We sat down with the family before measuring anything. The brief was balance — light and quiet, room by room. Here is what […]
